PK Podcast! Episode 15 – 08/07/10
Yo! It’s a podcast! How about that? It’s been about two months since our last podcast, but it’s been a combination of being very busy and not having a good topic. We’re going to start trying to do them again regularly, so look forward to that. Today we talk about how it is growing older as a geek and how we fit in with today’s world.

Bah, I was introduced to gaming somewhere around the N64/PS1 age, so don’t have that kind of nostalgia some others may have.
First game? Probably SM64. The one I REMEMBER is Tetris for the original GB, and I beat my dads High Score.
Then, I remember catching a Growlithe in Pokemon for my brother. Probably makes sense why I love them so much.
Heh. I love mien generation.
One day I’ll tell my grand kids I was around before the internet, and they’ll be all in awe.
I’ll tearfully admit that this is the first one of your podcast I’ve actually listened to, but I liked it, so maybe I’ll have to pop in for the next one as well :p
I started in the Playstation era, but with a Game Boy Color. So I have an appreciation for gameplay, and not graphics. Not to say that good graphics are a bad thing, but gameplay is MUCH more important.
Just so you know, I’m one of the trolls who hates on NEWER games
Also, my first game ever was Super Mario Bros Deluxe. Great remake of a great game.
