The reason PK Bloggin’! exists is because I love video games. I want PK Bloggin’! to be a celebration of video games and gaming culture. I love what video games are and I love what they do. One of the things they do is bring people together, and with that I’m introducing PK Bloggin’! Multiplayer Game Nights.

I’m not one of those guys who runs a website and never communicates with my readers. I write to entertain others, not to stroke my own ego. I want to get to know my readers and really build a community. This is a way for you all to get to get to know me, get to know each other, and play some games.

We’ll do a different game each time across a variety of systems so everyone will have a chance to play something. It’ll be all entirely your suggestions, too. We’ll play what you all want to play.

It’s looking like our first game is going to be Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum for the Nintendo DS (and I guess Pokémon Battle Revolution for the Wii as well). We’ll play next Wednesday, March 10. I’ll set up a chat room in IRC (location and all that is still to be determined) so everyone can meet, coordinate matches/trades, and hang out and talk.

I’m really looking for feedback on this, so please, don’t be shy. Let me know your thoughts in the comments, on the PK Bloggin’! Facebook page, through my Twitter, or email me. I think this would be cool to do one night a week, so let me know and let’s make it happen!

I love this idea! This is just awesome. If any of these happen for games I own, I’m so in. :D

2

You have Pokémon, right? That’ll be the first game. Otherwise, suggest some stuff! :)

3

You should get some Mario Kart Wii action going on next time.

4

I would definitely be up for some Mario Kart Wii! :D

5

I’ll join if I’m up to it.

Hi! I just discovered this site tonight, and I think it’s great. I hope I’m not too intrusive by making my suggestion. How would everyone feel about some Metroid Prime Hunters one of these days? :D

I don’t own the game personally, but I’ll definitely add it to the list of potential games. :)
